How does 1+1 become 1? By Doing and not by Saying. You don’t become one in marriage because you said “I do”, you become one because you keep doing it. That is why marriage can be cancelled if not consummated (sleep together as husband and wife). Marriage is a process and not a point, a lifetime event and not a one time event.

Remember that when God said “Let there be light”, there was light. Gen 1:3 So when he says “let no man put asunder”, it means that no man CAN put any marriage asunder! The same word that God used to create the universe is the word He uses to keep marriage permanent. Matt 19:6. What God has joined together, “Let” no man put asunder”
1+1=1 is mystery, a miracle and the most powerful formula for mankind. If you married connect into that power by becoming one with your spouse in all you do. If you are single and praying for a life partner, let the words of your prayer, and the meditation of your heart be acceptable in His sight. Amen!
